By installing or using Azent: Discounts & Offers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

The app helps Shopify merchants create and manage quantity discounts, volume discounts, cart discounts, and product page discount tables. Merchants are responsible for configuring rules accurately and testing discount behavior before using campaigns with customers.

2. Shopify account and permissions

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify store and granting the permissions required for the app to operate. The app depends on Shopify APIs, app proxy configuration, theme app blocks, and Discount Functions.

3. Billing

Paid plans and trials are billed through Shopify. Pricing, trial periods, plan limits, and cancellation options are shown in the app and Shopify App Store listing. Charges are handled by Shopify billing.

4. Merchant responsibility

  • Confirm discount rules, tiers, targeting, and status before publishing.
  • Ensure displayed discount tables match the intended campaign.
  • Review Shopify checkout behavior after changing discount rules.
  • Comply with applicable laws, pricing rules, consumer protection rules, and Shopify terms.

5. Availability

We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, Shopify platform changes, or third-party outages.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. Azent Labs is not liable for lost revenue, incorrect discount configuration, order errors, business interruption, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is used in violation of these terms or in a way that risks harm to the service, Shopify, merchants, or customers.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
